RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
If you return an item that was received AFTER the 30 days, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email our support team right away so that we can make it right. (email: pro@scrantongolfcenter.com)

Exchanges
We accept all exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new condition. To start an exchange, please email us at pro@scrantongolfcenter.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when your refund has been processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
REFUNDS ON LESSONS/SIMULATORS
Scranton Golf Center reserves the right to refuse to issue refunds for booked lessons and simulator time, if you decide to cancel for any reason within 48 hours of the appointment.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge your credit card on file if you cancel any appointments within 24 hours of the appointment date and time. This is to reduce the number of "no shows". This will give us time to fill the open time slot. If you need to cancel, you can do so online, call our store, or email pro@scrantongolfcenter.com with the subject "Cancel Appointment". Write your name and appointment date and time in the body of the email.
